Desk Yoga Success: Rejuvenation at Our JLT Offices

We recently transformed our JLT offices into a hub of wellbeing with a fantastic desk yoga session, a collaborative effort with Lockton and Trident Wellness Centre. On January 21st, 2025, our 25th and 27th floors experienced rejuvenating 30-minute sessions led by Suvendu, focusing on simple, chair-based exercises. This initiative aimed to provide our team with accessible tools to enhance productivity, reduce stress, and improve overall mood, all without leaving their desks. The positive energy and engagement from our colleagues were truly inspiring, highlighting the importance of prioritizing wellbeing within our busy workdays.

The desk yoga sessions proved to be a resounding success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants. Many noted significant reductions in tension and a renewed sense of focus, demonstrating the tangible benefits of incorporating mindfulness and movement into daily routines.
