Description

LOLA is a liver-supportive supplement containing L-Ornithine L-Aspartate, used to reduce elevated ammonia levels and improve liver function. It helps manage hepatic encephalopathy, fatty liver, and chronic liver diseases by promoting ammonia detoxification and supporting liver cell regeneration.

Composition:

Each sachet (5 g) contains:

  • L-Ornithine L-Aspartate – 3,000 mg
  • Excipients – q.s.

Dosage Form: Granules for oral solution

Indication:

LOLA is indicated for:

  • The treatment of hepatic encephalopathy (acute and chronic)
  • Supportive management of liver dysfunction, including conditions associated with elevated ammonia levels
  • Adjunct therapy in fatty liver, alcoholic liver disease, and chronic hepatitis

Dosage and Administration:

  1. Adults:
    • 1 to 2 sachets, 1 to 3 times daily
    • Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and consume immediately after meals.

    Duration of use:

    • As directed by the physician, depending on the severity and clinical response.

    Note:

    • Dosage should be adjusted based on individual patient response and tolerability.
    • Not recommended for use in children unless prescribed by a physician.
